Our Philosophy

Collected with Intention

Provenance

Each piece arrives with a documented history — designer, collection year, origin and prior life.

Condition

Inspected, authenticated and gently restored where appropriate, never altered beyond character.

Rarity

We acquire only what we would wear ourselves — exceptional, irreplaceable, worthy of keeping.

BA

"A wardrobe of provenance is a library of beautiful things."

Spring/Summer 2004 Braided Platino Metallic Leather Sandals

An exquisite expression of Tom Ford's provocative glamour at Gucci, these braided Platino metallic leather sandals capture the sensuality and sophistication that defined one of fashion's most influential eras.

Attributed to Gucci's Spring/Summer 2004 collection, the final ready-to-wear season of Tom Ford's celebrated tenure, the design features intricate metallic gold leather braiding, delicate interwoven straps and sculptural stiletto heels. The warm platinum-gold finish reflects the era's unapologetic opulence, while the delicate construction embodies Ford's distinctive vision of modern femininity.

More than an accessory, these sandals represent a moment in fashion history when Gucci became synonymous with seductive minimalism, confident glamour and extraordinary design.

Condition & Preservation

These sandals exhibit visible signs of age and previous wear, including deterioration of the metallic leather finish, surface peeling, discolouration and wear to the leather soles.

Preserved within the Bespoke Atelier Archive as an example of early-2000s Gucci design. Their delicate condition makes them more suitable for archival appreciation than regular wear.
