Delivery Terms
By placing an order with Bespoke Atelier, clients agree to the delivery terms outlined below.
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days following successful payment confirmation. Each curated object is individually prepared for shipment, with particular care given to delicate archival pieces, vintage accessories, collectible fashion objects, and rare luxury items. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be prepared on the next available business day.
We proudly offer worldwide delivery through carefully selected international courier partners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination country, courier service, and customs clearance procedures. Once an order has been dispatched, clients will receive delivery confirmation together with shipment tracking information. Bespoke Atelier reserves the right to select the most appropriate courier partner for each individual shipment.
Bespoke Atelier will arrange shipment to the destination country selected by the client. However, all customs duties, import taxes, VAT charges, brokerage fees, handling fees, or any charges imposed by customs authorities within the destination country remain solely the responsibility of the client. These charges vary by country and are determined independently by local customs authorities. Bespoke Atelier has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance. By completing an international purchase, clients acknowledge and accept responsibility for all applicable import-related charges.
Once an order has been dispatched and transferred to the courier partner, Bespoke Atelier cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures, courier disruptions or service delays, weather-related delays, international shipping disruptions, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect or incomplete shipping information submitted by the client. Clients are responsible for ensuring shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete.
For security purposes, certain shipments may require signature confirmation upon delivery. This measure helps ensure the safe delivery of rare and collectible luxury fashion objects.
Bespoke Atelier specialises in vintage, archival, and collectible luxury fashion. Due to the age and nature of these pieces, subtle signs of wear, age-related patina, minor imperfections, or evidence of prior life may naturally be present. These characteristics form part of each object's individual history and should not be considered defects. Any significant condition details will always be disclosed within the individual collection listing where applicable.
Every object curated by Bespoke Atelier undergoes a careful sourcing and review process prior to being offered within our collection. We specialise in authentic vintage, archival, and collectible luxury fashion pieces selected for their rarity, craftsmanship, historical significance, and enduring design. Where original packaging, provenance, supporting documentation, or authenticity materials are available, these will be clearly stated within the collection description.
Due to the rare, collectible, and one-of-a-kind nature of our collections, all sales are considered final. Bespoke Atelier does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, sizing concerns, personal preference, customs-related refusal of delivery, or delays caused by destination-country customs authorities. Returns will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where an item has been materially misrepresented.
Due to the limited and often one-of-a-kind nature of our collections, curated objects are not considered reserved until payment has been successfully completed. Objects placed in cart, requested privately, or discussed via direct message remain available for purchase until checkout has been completed.
Bespoke Atelier cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the client. Clients are responsible for ensuring all delivery information is correct prior to completing purchase.
Should a client refuse delivery due to customs duties, taxes, or destination-country import charges, Bespoke Atelier reserves the right to deduct any associated costs, including return shipping charges, courier handling fees, customs return fees, and administrative processing costs. Any eligible refund will only be processed once returned goods have been safely received and inspected.
If a shipment arrives damaged, clients must notify Bespoke Atelier within 48 hours of delivery. Notification must include photographic evidence of external packaging, internal packaging, and visible damage to the object. Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
All pricing displayed on the website is listed in the selected store currency. Clients purchasing internationally acknowledge that exchange rate fluctuations, foreign bank charges, and transaction fees charged by financial institutions remain the responsibility of the client.
For any delivery-related enquiries, destination requests, or shipping questions, clients are welcome to contact Bespoke Atelier prior to completing purchase.
