Purchase Policy
By placing an order with Bespoke Atelier, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Due to the limited nature, rarity, and collectible value of the objects within our collection, all sales are considered final. Bespoke Atelier does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, sizing concerns, delayed delivery caused by courier or customs authorities, customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by destination countries, or refusal of delivery after shipment has been dispatched. We kindly encourage clients to carefully review all collection descriptions and imagery prior to completing purchase.
Bespoke Atelier specialises in vintage, archival, and collectible luxury fashion. Due to the age and history of these pieces, natural signs of wear, age-related patina, subtle imperfections, or evidence of prior life may naturally be present. These characteristics form part of each object's unique history and should not be considered defects. Each piece is individually curated and selected for its design significance, rarity, craftsmanship, and enduring beauty. Any significant condition details will always be disclosed within the individual collection listing.
We strongly encourage clients to contact Bespoke Atelier prior to purchase should additional information, measurements, condition clarification, or further imagery be required. Due to the final sale nature of our collections, we encourage thoughtful purchasing decisions prior to checkout.
Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once payment has been processed and shipment preparation has begun, Bespoke Atelier reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests. Approved cancellations may be subject to administrative processing fees.
Should a client refuse delivery after shipment has been dispatched, Bespoke Atelier reserves the right to deduct any associated costs incurred, including return shipping fees, customs return charges, courier handling fees, payment processing fees, and administrative processing fees. Any eligible refund will be processed only once returned goods have been safely received and inspected.
Bespoke Atelier cannot be held responsible for improper handling, storage, cleaning, restoration attempts, or damage caused after delivery. Many archival and vintage pieces require delicate handling due to age, material composition, and craftsmanship. Clients assume responsibility for proper care once an object has been delivered.
Returns will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where an object has been materially misrepresented within the collection description. Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery together with supporting photographic evidence. Bespoke Atelier reserves sole discretion in determining whether a return request qualifies for review.
By completing purchase through Bespoke Atelier, clients confirm that they have carefully reviewed all collection descriptions, understand the nature of vintage and archival luxury fashion, and agree to the terms outlined above.
